A technology for processing tires with the receipt of active rubber powder is presented, for which preliminary changes are not required before use. RKL 2020 can completely replace the recovery in the production of rubber products.
This rubber powder can be used in the manufacture of some products only from powder, but in this case special molds are required.
When using powder, no additional components are needed, since they are contained in the powder. Therefore, calculations can be made as a percentage of the weight of the base rubber. The shelf life of the powder is not limited. In fact, it is a reactive filler for rubbers.
